Story-rights license

• Short-form, athlete-centric video and photo made at your events, by us, by a parent, or by a producer on a job.
• Your league, tournament, or series name and marks inside that content.
• If you choose, a clip license on any broadcast you yourself control, for the same short-form use.

• Live streaming or full-game distribution of any kind.
• Any exclusivity. You may license the same rights to anyone else.
• Anyone else's footage. A stream owned by a third party is theirs, and we do not cut from it under this license.

You tell us the filming policy per event: open, credentialed, or prohibited. We follow it. Credentialed producers carry the credential you issue in the app.

• Every athlete who appears in a paid video has consented, with a parent if under 19. Your license never substitutes for that consent.
• Your league or event page shows a family's own videos only where that family has said yes: to all of their videos, or only to the ones they pick. Until they do, it shows none.
• Athletes appear by first name. Never publish an athlete's surname, school, or home address next to their picture.
• At 19 an athlete decides for themselves, and may undo the yes their parent gave. A video still running then stops at the end of its current term.

• The share is a percentage of what businesses pay on deals tied to your events, shown on the license. It is paid out of our fee.
• Sent by Stripe, our payment provider, to an account you control, monthly, minimum $25.
• You see every deal it came from.

Season by season, renewing unless either side ends it with 30 days' notice. Content made during the term stays usable for its usage period.
