Terms

By using weNATIONIL you agree to these terms. They are a binding agreement between you and Gold Polaris Holdings LLC. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees on your behalf and countersigns everything you do here.

weNATIONIL is a local marketplace. A business orders a short video from an athlete near them at a price we post; the athlete accepts or declines it. We do not represent athletes, we do not negotiate on anyone's behalf, and we take no position in any deal beyond running it.

Prices come from the published format and package list. Nothing on this platform is priced on follower count.

To hold an athlete card you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Have a parent or guardian's consent if under 18.
• Give accurate information, including your date of birth.
• Follow your school's and your association's NIL rules.
• Live somewhere NIL activity is permitted.

• No school anything. No school name, uniform, gear, logo, mascot, facility or footage in sponsored content. A violation costs the athlete their season, not us, so we enforce it on every brief.
• Reporting. Deals at or above the reporting threshold that applies to you are reported where the rules require it, including to a school compliance office.
• Never for performance. Payment here is for name, image and likeness work. It is never for athletic performance and never for choosing a school or a club.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own eligibility. We publish the rules and build the guardrails; we cannot sit in your athletic director's office.

• The athlete receives 85% of what the business pays.
• weNATIONIL keeps 15%. Out of that 15 — never out of the athlete's 85 — we pay the club or coach who developed the athlete, and anyone who introduced them.
• Nothing is ever owed by an athlete to a coach, a club or to us.
• A minor is paid through their parent or guardian's account, flagged as held in trust.
• Tax is yours. Nothing is withheld for you, and NIL income is self-employment income.

• Your parent or guardian consents to these terms with you.
• They countersign every deal, credit and content approval.
• We may verify who they are.
• Your money goes to their account, held for you.
• We never store or show a location for you finer than your town.

An athlete, or their guardian if they are a minor, may grant a registered agent read access to their offers, deals and ledger. That access is exactly what it says:

• An agent sees offers and records. An agent never accepts, declines, counters or signs for an athlete.
• Access is granted by the family and can be withdrawn by them at any moment, without notice and without a reason.
• We record the states an agent tells us they are registered in under the applicable athlete-agent act. We do not verify it, and we are not a party to any agreement between an agent and an athlete.

You agree not to:

• Give false or misleading information.
• Take deals that break your association's rules or the law.
• Use the platform for anything illegal.
• Route a deal that started here off the platform to avoid the fee, which is also how the club's development share gets taken from them.

weNATIONIL and its marks belong to Gold Polaris Holdings LLC. Your name, image and likeness belong to you, always. Using the platform grants us a limited licence to show your card and profile to businesses looking for someone near them, and nothing more.

Your use of weNATIONIL is also governed by our privacy policy. We collect contact details, deal history and the information needed to run a payment and meet a reporting rule — and, for a minor, deliberately as little as the job needs.

The platform is provided as is. We are not liable for how a business behaves, what a school or association decides, or the outcome of any deal. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Deals already under way are either completed or cancelled, and anything already earned is still paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Nebraska.
