Business order terms

Version 2026-10-09

Draft — pending attorney review (2026-09-30): "Team backing" now describes backing kids (money to families, applied to fees) as well as the season pledge.

In one breath

You get
a short video from a real local athlete, approved by their parent, delivered on a date, that you can post and run as an ad for 12 months after you approve it
You pay
the posted price, once, when you order. The athlete keeps 85%. Our 15% also pays the club that developed them
You never
pay for access, a subscription, a listing, or anything that isn't a delivered video

1. What an order is

You choose a format from the menu, an athlete or a team, and a date. The price is the posted price. When you pay, Stripe holds the payment and the athlete (and their parent if under 19) sees the order and accepts or declines. If they decline, or if you cancel before they accept, Stripe refunds you in full.

2. Your right to cancel

BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this agreement by mailing a written notice to weNATIONIL, Gold Polaris Holdings LLC, ben@wenationil.com, before midnight of the third business day after you signed this agreement. If you wish, you may use this page as that notice by writing “I hereby cancel” and adding your name and address.

This is Nebraska's three-day right of cancellation. It applies whenever the order is agreed somewhere other than our own place of business — in your shop, on a call, at a tournament. We give it on every order rather than argue about which ones it covers.

Separately, and for longer: you approve the video before it posts, or you pay nothing. And for the first five businesses in a town, if the ad brings nobody in 30 days, the money comes back.

3. Approval and delivery

  • The athlete's parent approves the finished video before you see it.
  • You approve it or ask for one revision within the format's rules. A second revision is a new order.
  • Delivery is a file you can download plus, if you choose, a post from the athlete's account.

4. What you can do with it

  • Post it on your own channels and run it as a paid ad for 12 months from the day you approve it. That is the usage period. It is the same for every order.
  • Run it as a partnership ad from the athlete's family account with their yes, through the ad platform's own partner tools. We never hold passwords.
  • We may post the same video on weNATIONIL channels as the athlete's story. That is part of why the price is what it is.

5. What you cannot do with it

  • Show a school name, school gear, or school facility. Club kit only. This protects the athlete's eligibility.
  • Use it to sell alcohol, tobacco, vaping, gambling, cannabis, weapons, or adult products. Those categories are closed to minors by law and to everyone on this platform.
  • Edit it to say something the athlete did not say.
  • Run it after the usage period without the family's new yes.

6. Keep it running

  • Before the 12 months end, you may ask the family, through us, to keep the video running for 12 more months. It costs half the original order, split the same way as the order.
  • The family decides again. You pay only if they say yes, and they may say no.
  • A video never runs past 24 months from the day you first approved it. After that, order a new one.
  • A video with anyone under 19 in it is never sold outright and never licensed forever.

7. When the usage period ends

  • No new posts, no paid spend, no edits and no reuse of the video.
  • The file stays yours to keep. You may not run it.
  • Posts already up on your own accounts may stay. If the family asks for one to come down, it comes down.
  • How a take-down works: the family asks us at ben@wenationil.com. We tell you within one business day. You remove the post within 7 days and tell us it is gone. There is no charge to either side.
  • Your offer can keep running. Your offer and your walk-in pay on a family's or team's code can keep running after the usage period, for as long as you keep them on. A code carries nobody's face. The video can't keep running without the family's new yes.
  • A person who was under 19 when their parent said yes may undo that yes when they turn 19. If they do, a video still running stops at the end of its current term and is not extended.

8. Videos with only adults in them

  • When nobody under 19 is in the video (an adult athlete, or a parent on their own), you may run it for the longer of: 12 months from the day you approve it, or for as long as you keep paying for walk-ins on that person's code. When you stop paying, you have 30 days to stop new ads.
  • “Keep paying” means the same here as in the fan creator terms. Videos from fans follow those terms.
  • You may buy an adults-only video outright only where the order shows a buyout price and the adult agrees to it.

9. Passes, codes and walk-in pay

  • A customer's pass works once, for 24 hours after it is opened. After that the customer opens the link again for a fresh one.
  • You may choose that walk-in pay needs a scanned pass. A code typed at the till still counts and still gets your offer, but is not paid.
  • When the same code is counted four or more times at your business in one day, we mark those counts for review. They are paid only after your 7-day dispute window, like every walk-in, and you may dispute them in that window.

10. Backing a team's season

Backing a team's season buys a season on the team's own channel: the videos are made and posted by the team, with its own people. A player from the roster may appear in them as a member of the team where their family has said yes to appearing; no player is required to post, shoot or deliver anything. It also gives you your category on that team for the season — one pizza place, one barbershop. That exclusivity binds you as the business. It gives you no exclusivity over any athlete, who remains free to work with anyone.

11. Team backing

Backing kids is money for the season: a set amount per kid, paid into each family's account and applied to the team's fees, for ads you approve one by one. A season pledge is different: it buys the perks the team lists and a credit toward your later orders. Neither is equity, a share, a vote or a payout to you.

12. Money

  • Paid by card at order. Held until the athlete accepts. Released on your approval of the video.
  • Refunded in full if the athlete declines or does not deliver by the date.
  • Where the price is shown, so is who gets what.

13. The rest

We are the marketplace and the producer, not the athlete's agent. Liability is limited to the order value. Disputes go to arbitration in Douglas County, Nebraska. Terms may change with 30 days' notice.
